ABSTRACT SUBMISSION PROCEDURE

Welcome to 2nd FASAVA 2009’s Abstract/Free Communication submission pages

Research Abstracts and Free Communications are considered to be an extremely valuable component of the 2nd FASAVA 2009 Congress.

Submissions are only accepted online and must be completed on 30 June 2009.  Late abstracts will not be accepted under any circumstances.  We therefore advise completing your submission ahead of the deadline, so that you can let us know if you are having any difficulties. All will be peer-reviewed, and if accepted the submitting author will be required to registration to attend the congress.  Registration is non-transferable. Submissions will be accepted as oral presentation and poster presentations.  The reviewers’ decision is final, and if the abstract is not accepted, feedback will not be given.

If there are problems with abstract submission, further help can be informed to email: pongsakorn@procongress.net

Notes for submitting:

  1. The abstract must be submitted by the presenting author.
  2. Abstracts must be written in English.
  3. Content must not exceed 200 words. It is strongly recommended that you prepare the title and content of your abstract using a word processor. Papers, reports or articles containing the work submitted in the abstract must not have been accepted for publication prior to submission of the abstract. If the submitting author breeches these conditions, all abstracts from that author will be automatically rejected. The submitting author will also be required to a pay for registration to 2nd FASAVA 2009 Congress.
  6. The poster presenting author must be available to present at the poster area on November 4th, 2009 at 14.30 hrs. – 15.20 hrs.
  7. The oral presenting author must be available to speak in the meeting room on November 4th, 2009 at the time that the organizer will notify.
  8. The presentation at 2nd FASAVA 2009 Congress must concentrate on the data in the abstract: particularly, presenters who present material other than the abstract submitted will be requested not to continue their presentation and asked to leave.
  9. 3-days registration shall be required before notification.
  10. Registration cannot be transferred from the presenting author to another individual.
