Cancellation Terms and Conditions
- The Conference Organizers [ProCOngress (Thailand) Co. Ltd.)] must receive a notification of all cancellations in writing.
- Cancellations received on or before 31 May 2009 will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received between 1st June 2009 and 31st August 2009 inclusive will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- No refund request should be made after the 31st August 2009 and if payment has been collected by 5th of November 2009.
- Please note: The currency exchange rate to be applied in the case of payments and refunds will be based on the available exchange rate at the time of the transaction. The Conference Organizers are not responsible for any changes in exchange rates which may cause any differences or any other additional fees levied by your bank or card processor.
- Refund Transfer method will be the same as the payment method. An additional 10 EURO will be charged as handling fee. Please note that the organizers are not responsible for any charges from the bank for the refund transfer.
- The Organizers reserve the right to alter any of the arrangements for this congress; including cancellation of the event should unforeseen circumstances require such action. The organizers accept no responsibility for resulting costs and inconvenience to delegates who are advised to have their own travel in place.
- Transfer of registration fee to another delegate is accepted. A transfer fee of 20 EURO will be collected for this kind of transaction. Please inform the Conference Organizers of changes as soon as possible. This transaction is valid only until 31 August 2009.
